Terms & Conditions

By booking a charter with 305 Yacht Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total charter balance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the charter unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Reservations are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If unsafe weather conditions prevent the charter from operating and the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled charter are not eligible for a refund, as the vessel has been reserved exclusively for your booking.

  • Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify as unsafe conditions. The captain has the final authority to determine whether weather conditions are safe for departure.

Guest Responsibility

  • The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the charter.

  • Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.

  • Excessive intoxication, illegal substances, dangerous behavior, or failure to comply with crew instructions may result in the immediate termination of the charter without refund.

Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht, its equipment, or furnishings due to negligence or misuse.

  • 305 Yacht Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Food & Beverages

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and decorations, provided they comply with all applicable laws and the captain's safety guidelines.

  • Red wine, illegal substances, fireworks, and any items that may damage the vessel are prohibited.

Delays & No-Shows

  • Charters begin and end at the scheduled times.

  • Late arrivals do not extend the duration of the charter.

  • Failure to arrive for the scheduled departure will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

Safety

  • The captain has complete authority over all safety decisions during the charter.

  • All passengers must comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations and vessel safety requirements.

By submitting a reservation or paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
